Raw Food Weight Loss

Raw Food Weight Loss can easily be achieved with just a few simple changes in your daily lifestyle. If you are a homeschooling family, you are no doubt living an eventful life and need to be in top shape. If you are striving to create a healthy homeschool environment, you may need to lose a few pounds. With the addition of raw foods to your menu, you can achieve just that.

Active moms need energy to focus on their children, while teaching them about nutrition and keeping their little bodies in tip-top shape. The best teaching tool-- is living it yourself. YOU need to set the example!

Healthy whole foods, especially raw, will keep you feeling light, instead of weighed down and sluggish, as you would after digesting a heavy meal. If you are a mom, you know you need all of the energy you can get. Carrying around extra weight will add unnecessary stress you your busy life, and zap your energy. It's even been said that the cells in obese bodies are actually starved, creating false hunger, because the cells are not getting the nutrition they need. If you are overweight and not eating the proper foods, that could be why you feel hungry all the time. Raw foods can give you the proper nutrition to satisfy your body.

What basic changes can you make to promote raw food weight loss?

* First, ASK yourself. What do you want to instill in your children? A love for the wrong foods, OR the promotion of a healthy body image, and the ability to live life to its fullest?

* Second, LEARN. Read all you can about raw food nutrition. When you begin to seek answers for raw food weight loss, you will find ways to obtain your goals. Find things you can incorporate into your day. Here are the resources that have made the most changes in our lives. (coming soon!)

* Third, BE ACTIVE. Actively work to make those changes you've read about. Remember the definition of insanity- doing the SAME thing over again, expecting different results. Change the way you think about food. Eat to live, don't live to eat. And-- eat the 'right' things to live.

* Fourth, REMEMBER. Changes take time. Slow and steady wins the race! You may feel hungry when first introducing raw foods into your body, and you may even feel a little under the weather. This is your body getting rid of the stuff that's not supposed to be there. Don't mistake the rumbling of digesting living foods for hunger- learn to recognize true hunger. Raw foods digest quickly. If you feel starved, feed your body more fruits and veggies and make sure you're properly hydrated. The more changes you make, the better you'll feel! Give your body time to adjust.
